Cancellations
Please call if you are unable to keep your appointment or if you are going to be late. If you are late, you may be asked to reschedule. We ask that you notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.
Prescription Refills
If you need a prescription refilled please contact us. Our office has a 24-hour turn around time on all prescription refills.
Financial Statement
Your charges include fees for specialist physician services and diagnostic testing such as skin tests. The fee is determined by the amount of time the doctor spends with you and the complexity of your overall medical conditions. You are responsible for payment at the time of service. We accept payment by cash, check or credit card.
